Our case managers then contact you and provide you with the treatment information.
The whole process takes less than 48 hours and its totally free of charge.
2- GET CONSULTATION
If you decide to proceed with the treatment, our patient care experts will contact you to arrange your travel and accommodation.
Alternatively you can request consultation services from our oncological care team to further discuss your treatment plan and obtain specialist guidance.
3- VISIT ISTANBUL AND START YOUR TREATMENT
When you arrive for your treatment, Oncoist transfer team will welcome you at the airport. Our team will directly take you to your hotel where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful city of Istanbul before your first in person consultation with your oncologist.
During this consultation, your treatment plan will one again discussed and your concerns addressed. You will have access to 7/24 assistance during your stay.
4- WE ARE WITH YOU EVEN AFTER YOU RETURN HOME
After the end of your treatment, you will be escorted back to airport to have a safe travel back home.
Once back home, our medical case managers will regularly contact you to answer your questions, follow your improvement and arrange follow-up visits if needed.
